At Iglesia Dios es Mi Pastor Foundation , we believe in the power of faith and prayer. We believe that through prayer and devotion, we can find peace and guidance in our lives. We also believe in the importance of community and coming together to support one another.
Core Beliefs (Five Pillars)
1) Pillar: Loving Heart
We cultivate a loving heart that reflects Christ’s compassion in every relationship—toward God, neighbors, and ourselves.

2) Pillar: Humbleness
We pursue a posture of humility before God and others, recognizing our dependence on Him and valuing every person.

Alableness of God’s grace, not our merit
Honoring others, listening before speaking
Repentance, teachability, and growth
3) Pillar: Servanthood
We live as servants, following Jesus’ example of sacrificial service inside the church and in the world.

4) Pillar: Gratitude
We cultivate a heart of gratitude, recognizing God’s gifts and responding with thanksgiving in all circumstances.

5) Pillar: God’s Judgment (Righteous Judgment)
We affirm that God alone is the rightful Judge, and we seek alignment with His truth and standards, living with accountability, mercy, and grace.

What Jesus Might Say Today
Giving is about the heart, not a transaction.
Jesus taught that what we offer should come from a transformed heart, not from compulsion or fear. “For God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7) reminds us that generosity should flow from gratitude, not guilt. If someone gives out of love for God and neighbor, that is a beautiful thing. If someone cannot give, or chooses not to give, they are still valued as beloved children of God.
We resist the idea that church is a marketplace.
God’s house is a place of prayer, mercy, and truth. Jesus reminded us that commercialization of sacred space wounds the heart of God and harms people. A church that turns worship into a sale or makes access depend on payment risks straying from the Gospel’s radical grace.
There is no price for salvation.
Salvation is a gift of grace—not something that can be bought or earned. “You cannot buy salvation; freely you have received, freely give” reflects the spirit of the Gospel. Our calling is to steward God’s resources wisely, to care for the needy, and to proclaim good news, not to leverage faith for financial gain.
We welcome everyone, regardless of giving.
The church is a home for all who seek God. We pray for everyone—whether or not they contribute financially—because every person is loved by God. The failure to give should never define one’s value before God, nor should it bar someone from the church’s care and community.
Membership or dues are not the gate of God’s favor.
We reject the idea that joining a church or paying dues earns favor with God. Discipleship is about following Jesus, growing in love, and serving the world. Free grace invites us to participate in God’s mission without coercive barriers.
Prayer, mercy, and truth above trends or incentives.
We commit to praying for all, teaching faithfully, and demonstrating love in action. If a ministry claims divine endorsement while exploiting fear or money, we must reexamine and align with the heart of Christ, who calls us to justice, mercy, and humility.
